This composition highlights King Diamond's makeup face, framed by a circle and extended by the artist's name. The motif exploits the contrasts of the black disc to restore a dark and theatrical metal aesthetic.

The facial features, contour and lettering are formed by laser-cutting. The openwork parts allow the colour of the background to pass, which enhances the legibility of the pattern and highlights the preserved grooves.
